The inaugural United Hospital Center Pro-Am Golf Tournament will be held Monday, September 23, 2019 at the Pete Dye Golf Club. The tournament will raise funds in support of the planned Children’s and Women’s Center to be built on the UHC campus in Bridgeport. The center is expected to provide care to the OB/GYN and Pediatric population in an approximate 3,000 square mile radius around UHC. This area encompasses towns from Whitehall in Marion County to Gassaway in Braxton County and from Belington in Barbour County to Pennsboro in Ritchie County, and all points in between. The format is an 18-hole scramble with breakfast, lunch, and awards presentation along with cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and prizes.
