Two programs at WVU Medicine United Hospital Center (UHC) have been recognized by Press Ganey, the global leader in healthcare experience solutions and services, as part of its annual ranking of the country’s top hospitals and health systems based on patient experience performance.
UHC Family Medicine Residency, a department of UHC, has been named a 2024 Human Experience (HX) Pinnacle of Excellence Award® winner by Press Ganey. As a winner, UHC Family Medicine Residency has ranked in the top five percent of healthcare providers in delivering patient experience.
